Our volunteer initiatives are built on three key pillars: education, environmental sustainability, and community development.
We are committed to empowering the community through educational initiatives that support disadvantaged children; promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and provide scholarships to deserving students. Our flagship annual initiative, "Prabhodana," a science fair, has been running for 22 years, inspiring scientific curiosity among young learners.
Through our scholarship programs, disadvantaged students pursue higher education. Our students have a 100% pass rate in secondary examinations.
Caring for the environment
Our volunteers have been contributing to the treatment of over 100 million liters of sewage water annually through lake rejuvenation projects.
Our Employee Resource Groups prioritize inclusion, diversity, and equity, upholding the foundation of our culture at GE Aerospace. The GE Aerospace Women’s Network helps women navigate their careers successfully delivering exceptional business results while fulfilling their full potential.
Through our Disability Advocacy Network, we foster inclusion and support for people with disabilities. We work to identify and remove any obstacles that might hinder their participation and progress within the company.
