Since 2005, GE Aerospace has operated out of the Brisbane Airport in Australia, providing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services to clients across Asia Pacific.
In 2022, GE Aerospace expanded its Australia operations with the launch of an upgraded world-leading Asia Pacific Service Center at Brisbane Airport, strengthening our presence and enhancing our service capabilities in the region. The new state-of-the-art facility is the largest for GE Aerospace’s Systems business in Asia Pacific.
GE Aerospace Systems Australia is staffed by highly skilled technicians and specializes in maintaining avionics systems on civilian platforms such as the B737, B787, B777X, business jets, and general aviation aircraft. The facility also provides maintenance services for a variety of third-party Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products, including cabin equipment, aircraft batteries, engine electrical harnesses, power, and avionics components.
