    NDB Explorer Licensing
    Create a GE SSO Account

    1. If you have ever created a GE SSO Account, proceed to Applying to the NDB Explorer License Manager.
      • If you do not remember your GE SSO, you can recover it by entering your email address here: B2B SSO Forgot Username
    2. To request a new GE SSO Account, Click Here.

    Applying to the NDB Explorer License Manager

    Each installation of NDB Explorer requires a unique License file. Licenses cannot be shared between computers.

    1. Launch NDB Explorer
    2. Click the "Get License..." button on the License Information screen.
      • For new installations, you will be shown the License Information screen automatically.
      • For existing installations, the License Information screen can be found in the NDB Explorer Help menu.
    3. Login using your GE SSO.
      • This will create your NDB Explorer License Manager account request. You will be notified when your account is approved.
