During the preceding 12 months, General Electric Company and its wholly and majority-owned entities (collectively, “GE Aerospace”) may have collected personal information and processed it pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) which provides certain rights. For details on this collection and processing please see the GE Aerospace Privacy Policy at https://www.geaerospace.com/privacy. In the case of processing of CA consumer data that is specific to a particular GE Business the processing will be described in the Business privacy and/or information handling practices notice. The Electric Insurance CA Notice is at https://eic.electricinsurance.com/California-Privacy-Notice.

The CCPA allows California residents to request that a business that collects California consumers’ personal information give consumers additional transparency and access to the specific pieces of personal information that the business has collected about the consumer. California residents also have the right to submit a request for deletion of information under certain circumstances. Consistent with California law, if you choose to exercise your rights, we will not charge you different prices or provide different quality of services unless those differences are related to your information.  Please submit your request by going to Trustarc IRM and filling out the form. You can also submit a CCPA request using the feedback and inquiries form found in the GE Aerospace privacy policy.

In addition, subject to certain limits under California law, California residents may ask us to provide them with (1) a list of certain categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year and (2) the identity of those third parties. To obtain this information, please submit a request to Trustarc IRM with "California Shine the Light Privacy Request" in the request text box.

Once we receive your request, we may verify it by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity, including by asking you for additional information. If you would like to use an agent registered with the California Secretary of State to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf.
