Academy of Innovation Managers is a comprehensive advisory and training program for companies that want to increase their competitiveness on the market through increase of their innovativeness and introduction of modern management. The programme was created to provide knowledge about the organization’s preparation for implementing changes and developing relevant skills stimulating innovative attitudes in companies

The result of the project is a comprehensive plan of changes recommended to be implemented within the company in order to increase its innovativeness.
